3 pints of beer or a pair of almost new trousers??

Yes i know i am a cheapskate but today i bought a pair of trousers (jeans) from a charity shop for £6. How amazing is that. i think we should all go to charity shops more often...buy with a conscience at the same time! By the way of course it would be the latter anyway because i am not drinking until the end of lent. Katherine came round after her work this morning just as i was waking up at 9.20. Katherine and i then went into town (shopping) where i got my jeans suprisingly...then Katherine and i were invited to lunch by the youthworker of our old church. So that was all good and i got a nice lunch (i get bored of making sandwiches) and then Katherine went off to work again at 3 and i returned to do some work and guide Man Utd even closer to the title on CM. So all in all it has beeen a reasonably exciting day-though not overstrenuous.

Have you ever wondered who invented the Ear? well wonder no more, it was the russian scientist Kolon, who also invented the sewing machine and hydrogen before the ear. His name was also used to describe punctuation and a part of the digestive system. Quite a remarkable guy-if you dont believe me, jus check wikopedia!

Thought for the Day: What if your eyes are on the back of your head and you were just assembled back to front?

I didn't have lunch though.

Don't start about Kolon again, please.

You suck.

But we love you still.

Kolon also entertained the crowd with light juggling simultaneous to his inventing. Which was why he invented the ear. True story.
